here is one for you guys to anwser and this is something that was brought up on facebook everyone started tv campaigns to help haiti victoms yet know one has done anything to help the gulf cost as far as tv campaigns cause there are a lot of fisherman and people that live off or depend on the gulf for income and this will effect everyone on the east coast sooner or later so why not put it out there to help our own like it is put out there to help other countrys

Someday please stop and explain the Fish and Game Forecast. I’ve been wondering what the wavy lines on the graph mean to hunters and fishermen. I think there may be others like me that don’t have a clue.

My question is this: Why is the CONTINUED ANIMAL abuse allowed and not reported at ROBESON COUNTY ANIMAL SHELTER IN NORTH CAROLINA?????

The media’s help is desperately required to end the abuse at ROBESON COUNTY ANIMAL SHELTER, N.C.

Good morning,
I have a question reguarding the 4th of July. With all the fireworks stands popping up around town, come the 4th of July and the following days after, down in the Monkey Junction area, there are still those illegal fireworks going off very loud and high. Is it not illegal for these fireworks to be used that are brought up from South Carolina and does anyone really enforce this law. Every year it’s the same thing, loud noises which terrifies the animals (pets) and the picking up of trash left by these in our yards. What can you tell us about this???

My question is why is no one reporting on the fact that The National Flood Insurance Program expired on May 31, 2010 and The Senate has not reauthorized the 6 month extension. This impacts our area in a big way and during hurricane season this is a major issue in my opinion. Home closings are being held if it’s in a flood zone. Can someone please let the public know?…I’ve tried the National news media, but no one has seen it to be important. This legislation is buried in the unemployment benefits bill.

Is there a way to look back at traffic cam to see what truck hit the pole at shipyard and carolinabeach rd saw it today with a chunk knocked out of it

i was wondering if someone could help me figure out how to get a free store going in elizabethtown its a place where you can go to donate things you dont want and you can also pick up the things that you do want the more you donate the more people can exchange things from clothing to furniture to anything if you want it takeit. Its something I learned about in baltimore you never know who you’ll see.

Is the recycling at the Moose off Carolina Bch Rd helping the garbage situation? How? How many tons do the loaders take away? Seems there are alot of people doing the recycling – just hope it’s worth it!

I want to know why birthdays and anniversaries are done so early in the morning. You know that when a child know that his/her picture will be on tv and that their name will be mentioned, they want to see and hear it. But you do it before 6 am, when you use to do it around 6:30 or after. Can that be changed? Just curious

Hi,
I wonder what the citizens of New Hanover County and otherthink of the SafeLight program??

Also, last during the newscast last Mon. or Tues. (1/3 or 1/4)–they said there would be something about SafeLight on the 10 p.m. news and I did not get to watch it. Can you tell me what it was about????
